1. How do I book a self-drive car rental?
Fill out our booking form on the website with your name, phone number, preferred car, and rental dates. Our team will contact you within 15 minutes to confirm.
2. What documents are required for rental?
You need a valid Indian driving licence, Aadhaar card, and Bengaluru local ID proof. Additionally, either a two-wheeler must be parked at our location as collateral, or a small refundable security deposit must be paid at the time of pickup. All documents must be originals.
3. Are the cars checked before handover?
Yes. Every vehicle is handed over only after a thorough pre-trip check so it is clean, fully functional, and ready for the road. We take care to hand over the car in proper working condition.
4. Do you offer doorstep delivery?
Yes. Delivery and pickup are available anywhere within Bangalore on request at ₹800 fixed (includes 10 km — 5 km pickup + 5 km drop), then ₹25 per additional km. Choose "Delivery needed" in the booking form and we will plan it with you.
5. What is the minimum rental duration?
Our minimum rental duration is 6 hours. We also offer 8-hour, 1-day, 2-day, 3-day, and 1-week packages.
6. Are there any hidden charges?
No. We believe in transparent pricing. The price shown is what you pay. Fuel charges are extra — you refuel before returning the car.
7. Can I use the car for outstation trips?
Yes, outstation travel is allowed. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.
8. What happens in case of a breakdown?
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. Call us anytime and our team will be there to help you.
