Business identity
Mr. Cooper Self Driving Car Rentals is operated by Cooper Drive Tech. These terms apply to website use, booking enquiries, confirmed self-drive rentals, vehicle delivery coordination, and related services.
Eligibility
Customers must hold a valid driving licence accepted in India, provide required identity verification, and meet any booking approval requirements communicated by our team before vehicle handover.
Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed only after required details, verification, payment, deposit, and approval steps are completed. Prices, vehicle availability, delivery charges, security deposits, fuel policy, included kilometres, and extra charges may vary by car, duration, location, and offer.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for safe and lawful use of the vehicle, timely return, traffic fines, tolls, parking charges, fuel, extra kilometres, late return charges, damage, misuse, loss of documents or accessories, and any breach of rental rules shared before or during handover.
Vehicle use
Vehicles are provided for self-drive use only. Customers must not use the vehicle for illegal activity, racing, towing, commercial carriage without approval, sub-rental, driver-for-hire services, or any use restricted by law, insurance terms, or our booking rules.
Cancellation, refunds, and deposits
Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and deposit release timelines depend on booking status, vehicle allocation, usage, damage checks, pending charges, and payment settlement. Any applicable deductions will be communicated based on the booking record.
Liability
We work to provide clean, well-maintained, fully functional vehicles, but service may be affected by availability, traffic, maintenance, weather, customer delays, third-party systems, or events outside our reasonable control. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
